Baby in Bloom

In 2006, Bloom was formed founded by four fathers (forefathers) who were in tune with the sense of style of parents today. The Bloom team identified a real need for contemporary, functional and fashionable children's products that bring meaningful innovation.

With corporate headquarters in Australia and New York, Bloom's global team prides themselves in integrating the best in form and functional design from Europe with precision engineering and production; uniquely combining superior style and comfort with innovation and quality. Bloom's vision is to enable families to begin parenthood in style with products that enhance the way real families live today.

Green Statement:
Every bloom product exceeds all applicable safety standards and regulations. Bloom proactively minimizes the use of harmful chemicals and processes in their products and manufacturing. All bloom products are independently tested and certified to be lead free, phthalate free, PVC free, heavy metal free, and AZO dye free.

Bloom does not use polycarbonate in food access areas of its products and use higher quality FDA-approved food-contact grade plastics on food contact surfaces. Bloom wooden products are free of wood PCP and other toxic wood preservatives, fiberboard (MDF) free, use formaldehyde free adhesive, low voc finishes and originate from certified sustainable beech and birch wood forests. Bloom prohibits the use of wood from intact natural forests, high conservation value forests, protected areas, and high value tropical wood species.

Coming Soon From Bloom:
During the recent ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas, Bloom previewed four new products including Bloom's take on the modern nursery with Luxo (one of few "modern" cribs with side rails that slide up and down), Alma (collapsible mini crib or bassinet) and Stilla, and the world's slimmest wooden highchair, Dina (folds up completely flat to a form factor of about two inches wide).

"It has been an amazing year for the company," said, Simon May, founder and owner of bloom. "When we (four fathers/founders) set out to create products for modern families, we felt there was an un-tackled opportunity to provide a cross-category product range with a heightened sense of style, innovation, and functionality. We have been overwhelmed with the emphatic response to bloom and our design-driven line."
